Special upcoming class!
Hello Friends!
I wanted to let you know that in preparation for Thanksgiving, I’m offering a Cook Along Zoom class: All about Pie Dough/Pâte Brisée/Short Crust Pastry. Together we will make the dough for my basic recipe. I will also be showing you how to roll it out…and blind bake it (if that’s what your favorite recipe requires). As always, there will be plenty of time for questions. You will be able to use the dough you make right away, or freeze it for Thanksgiving use.
Whether you want to make a basic American Pie…

…a giant fruit turnover (slab pie)
…or a free form galette

this dough will work for them all.
Class will be on the Zoom platform on Tuesday, November 11 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM CST. Class will be recorded so that you can revisit it any time you need a refresher.
