Raw Zucchini Salad with Corn & Tomatoes

Hello Friends,

My next class through the Lawrence Public Library has been scheduled! The format is the same as the one in April: short (one hour), paced for cook along (if you like), focused on cooking for a small household, and on the Zoom platform. Like the last one, it will be free and open to anyone.

This class will feature the abundant zucchini, corn and tomatoes of summer in a salad. As with April’s class, I will share loads of variations on the basic recipe. The salad requires lots of knife work, so this class will be a great opportunity to work on your knife skills in a setting where you can ask questions!

Class is from 5 to 6 pm on Tuesday, July 29. I hope you will join me.
