Hello Friends,
We will be making Ricotta Gnocchi in my next Cook Along class. If you have always wanted to learn how to make gnocchi…or have wished you had a chef at your side while you made them…this class is for you. We will make the dough…form the gnocchi…and cook it—all in the span of a short one hour class. Class will include a simple “sauce” of sautéed mushroom and the last of the summer sweet corn. When class is over, you will be able to sit down and enjoy a delicious dinner.
Class will be on Tuesday, September 30 from 5:30 to 6:30. If you are unable to attend during the live Zoom but would like to be able to participate, I will leave the recording up for at least two weeks after the class so you can watch when you have time.

Even if you don’t normally care for Zoom, I hope you will try this class. One of my least favorite aspects of Zoom is that I’m tied to my chair in front of a device for the duration. If you cook along, you will be up and active the whole time. The cost of the class is just $10.
