Spring Pizza with Garlic Cream, Peas, Prosciutto & Asparagus

Upcoming class!

Hello Friends,

My recent Zoom class through the Lawrence Public Library was such a success that I wanted to let you know that I will occasionally be offering classes on the same model:

  • One hour

  • One recipe

  • Cook along

I loved this format! It allowed participants to taste the food. Plus, it doesn’t take up a whole evening. In fact, the time spent in the class would probably be spent preparing dinner anyway…and you’ll have dinner when the class is over! (If you are unable to attend during the live Zoom but would like to be able to participate, I will leave the recording up for two weeks after the class so you can watch when you have time.)

My first class will be on Tuesday, May 20 and will start at 5:30. The cost of the class will be $10. I will be teaching my new favorite pizza: Spring Pizza with Garlic Cream, Peas, Prosciutto & Asparagus.

Even if you don’t normally care for Zoom, I hope you will try this class. One of my least favorite aspects of Zoom is that I’m tied to my chair in front of a device for the duration. If you cook along, you will be up and active the whole time. And as always, you will be able to ask questions.
