Pasta with Asparagus & Mushrooms

Hello Friends,

I just wanted to send a short note to let you know that starting this month I will be teaching occasional, short (one hour) cooking classes on the Zoom platform through the Lawrence public library. The classes are free and open to anyone. Like my newsletter (Notes from For Love of the Table), the focus of these classes will be recipes and techniques that are appropriate for those of us who are cooking for a small household of one or two.

Each class will cover one seasonal recipe and will be paced so that participants can cook along if they like. For this first one I will be teaching a spring pasta featuring asparagus. Class is from 5 to 6 pm on April 29.
